We Are
Here is a sampling of a dozen or so Echo
Captains and the service they can bring to owners (last
names are not mentioned for the sake of confidentiality
- most of these Captains have their own careers and web
sites).

Capt. Richard is a
1600-Ton Ocean Master, and an Unlimited Second Mate; Oceans,
and an Unlimited Tonnage Master on the Great Lakes and
Inland.
Capt. Bill is the veteran of several Whitbread round-the
world races, a recognized author and weather router. He has 320,000 sea
miles over virtually all of the world's oceans and in almost all kinds of weather
- including about 50,000 miles in the Southern Ocean.
Capt. Phil Cusumano is a U.S.C.G. licensed Master 100
ton near Coastal (out to 200 miles offshore).. He is owner of North Star Yacht
Deliveries, Inc. He is an American Red Cross first aid and American Heart
Association C.P.R. certified. He is a member of The Maritime Consortium.
Captains Scott & Debby have
each logged over 200,000 miles, many of them on catamarans
on most oceans, particularly South Africa to Europe & Americas.
Capt. Mickey is a former Navy
seal who delivers boats about 10,000 nautical miles a year, and has
been doing so for several decades.
Capt. Steve spent over two decades bringing a school
sailing ketch between New England, the Caribbean and Europe.
Capt. Andy has over 250,000 + miles on mostly sail (Swans)
over blue water with no insurance claims.
Capt. Adam performed 3 trans-Atlantic voyages in one
season. He is a yacht owner and live-aboard in the San Francisco Bay.
Capt. Dale is also a yacht owner, live-aboard and veteran
delivery skipper who regularly contributes to sailing magazines.
Capt. Patrick 'wrote the book' on cruising the southeastern
New England coast, and has vast experience particularly Caribbean-New England
on Swans.
Capt. John averaged over 20,000+ nautical miles per year worldwide
commanding vessels ranging in size from 40 feet to over 100 feet, power and
sail. He has crossed both oceans, transited the Panama Canal 7 times and have
logged over 190,000 sea miles in over 25 years of sea service, including over
100 ICW trips.
Capt. Eric (Echo's Founder) has a 100-ton USCG license since
age 24. He has logged 75,000 or so nautical miles, including 30 Bermuda voyages, 2
Trans-Atlantics, 1 Trans-Pacific. He's sailed in over 30 countries in 18 years,
from day sailors to tankers.
